Alumni

Alumni users are University of Nicosia/Intercollege graduates who are interested in using the Library resources.

Borrowing privileges start on the day of registration with the Library and expire one year after the day of registration.
To extend your borrowing privileges you need to fill in a new Registration Form at the Circulation Desk.

Borrowing privileges apply to the Main collection but are restricted for Special Collections such as Reference, Reserve,
Law Collection, Cyprus Collection, etc. These materials can only be used in the Library.

Alumni users can borrow 2 books for 10 days to be returned or renewed on the specified date.  There is a fine of 80c per item per day for late returns.

To access the library, Alumni users need to complete the Registration form on our “Library leaflet” and present the following:

- Copy of your University of Nicosia/Intercollege degree
- Proof of current home address / study address / work address/ e-mail address
- Subscription Fee of €17
- Signature, stating that you abide by the rules and regulations of the Library.

External Users

External users are friends of the University of Nicosia/Intercollege, who are not members of the University/College nor staff.

External users must provide a contact person that will act as a guarantor in case the Library cannot reach them.

Borrowing privileges start on the day of registration and expire either after 6 months or a year, depending on the duration the your registration. To extend your borrowing privileges you need to fill in a new Registration Form at the Circulation Desk.

Borrowing privileges apply to the Main collection but not to Special Collections such as Reference, Reserve, Law Collection, Cyprus Collection, etc. These materials can only be used in the library.

External users can borrow 2 books for 10 days to be returned or renewed on the specified date. There is a fine of 80c per item per day for late returns.

To access the library, External users need to complete the Registration form on our "Library leaflet" and present the following:

- Identification Card or current Passport
- Proof of current home address / study address / work address/ e-mail address
- Subscription Fee (40€ per year or 20€ per 6 months) non-refundable
- Signature, stating that you abide by the rules and regulations of the library
- Contact name in Cyprus

External users who are non-residents in Cyprus, need to present (in addition to the above), a work permit or other evidence of residence in Cyprus for a period longer than 6 months.
